Wellness Coaching: When Support is all YOU Need

Women around the globe are in search of the fountain of youth. They desire wellness and vibrancy, especially as their life clock slowly tics towards complete depletion.

Wellness, for all intense and purpose, is defined as living a life to its maximum potential.  This includes functionality, independence, nutritional excellency, activity, relaxation, purposeful happenings and activity.

Wellness is the SUN, where the four pillars feeding the sun’s energy are NUTRITION, ACTIVITY, REST and HAPPINESS.

For many, it is pregnancy and childbirth that sets forth a seemingly unending cycle of weight gain, only to feel frustrated or overwhelmed with popular “diets”, exercise plans and quick fix schemes.  Others battle primary and secondary medical conditions.leaving them in a place of vulnerability.  Still others find themselves on a psychological battle with their own self-acceptance and love such that patterns of negative behavior may be the culprit.

Whatever the reason, having someone to objectively push you through the dark forest and hold your hand in the fog is always better than walking the path alone.

Here at The Koru, we provide an online portal for defining your OWN UNIQUE brand of wellness and making it a reality.  It is about YOUR life, YOUR goals, YOUR preferences, YOUR knowledge and YOUR unique situations.

I believe there are no “one stop shopping” methods in the attainment of overall wellness.

I learned years ago that the best person to understand a situation is not one who has exclusively “trained” to understand it, but rather one who has gone through similar patterns of behavior and environmental factors that have hedged those patterns.  I believe wholeheartedly that our own wellness is ever-evolving and is best defined by ourselves.  It does sometimes take the help of a coach to help us reach success through the muck plaguing our minds.

If you are interested in online wellness coaching, I provide a monthly and a 90-day plan.  I also provide nutrition and fitness advice for either a monthly fee or a comprehensive 90-day plan at a reduced rate.

The WELLNESS coaching is intended to be long term (3-6 months), and includes nutritional ideas, fitness programming suggestions, behavioral modification ideas and measurable units of progress through data.

The NUTRITION and / or FITNESS coaching can be a one or both program with each by itself specifically lining out ideas, suggestions, resources and other valuable information. Combined, it provides a comprehensive INDIVIDUALIZED program to get you started no matter where you are in the journey.  It can be a one-time program to set you on your own path or it can be a 90-day progression monitored plan.

If you want to make a change but aren’t quite certain how to do it, inquire here.

I only coach women.  Payment is due in advance.

Women’s Wellness

Welcome to The Koru Wellness Forum for Women!

We are a group about women supported by women and men who believe in advocating for women’s wellness:  Mind, Body and Spirit.  Here, the focus is on issues plaguing women in a variety of compartmental areas.  Women are the sum of all parts and reflect the inner beauty they possess as it is nurtured through total wellness.

Nutrition, fitness, emotional/physical health and inner peace are the focal points for the wellness forum.

Whether it is trying to find someone to whom we can relate, information gathering to assist us in our unique journey or actively seeking wellness coaching and advice, The Koru Wellness Forum for Women can help support you.

WE STRIVE FOR POSITIVE VIBES through a network of positive energy.  Please be mindful of any comments or feedback not reflected with honest and kind deliverance.

The Koru is a spiral design that is symbolic of the unfurling of a new fern frond and means new growth, new life, transformation, rejuvenation, peace and strength.  It is one of many rich symbols shared by the Maori culture of New Zealand, a culture whose beliefs stem from a strong spirituality, a connection to astronomy and the belief that nature is our foundation. Their symbols and beliefs are shared from Hawaii to New Zealand and include the TIKI, the FISH HOOK and the TWIST.

It is in this symbol where we will find the strength and peace to move forward, with every day being an opportunity for a fresh start.

Women should be encouraged and uplifted to develop their unique speed, strength, sensitivities and roots that connect them to nature.

Today is a fresh start!
